Releasing a Project

After the General Opening has occured, a Bid Registrar can decide to release the project for full public viewing. This is done in the View Project page under the Projects tab on the main Bid Registrar page. After a project is released, General and SubContractors will be able to view the winners of the project and the bids that were placed. Only those projects that have already been closed and have passed their General Closing will have the Release button appear next to their project information in the View Project page. To release a project, simply click the Release button and accept the confirmation that BidSite requires to release the project.
